  • Tricia serves as an Indigenous Relations Consultant with industry and businesses wanting to build meaningful relationships with the First Nations in whose territories they live and work.

Cultural Safety

Cultural safety is foremost in any project. We strive to make sure all our communications and presentations reflect the following values:

  • Understanding Indigenous history and experiences
  • Using respectful language
  • Following the cultural protocols of each Nation
  • Honouring legal rights (such as OCAP principles)

  • Being aware of the well-being of all individuals involved

Community Engagement & Research

We help to turn ideas into action.

  • We conduct meetings and interviews with members and governance of First Nations around BC to compile information around community needs and concerns.

  • We support communities to develop plans by offering business advice, communication skills and expertise on connecting with other organizations or government.
